I have a tip to add.
I recently learned something about calorie shifting. Often when we
diet, we decrease our calories, and this can slow our metabolism.
If we vary our eating, with some high consumption days, we can keep
our metabolism high, and burn calories better.
What I learned is to have a high calorie day at least every 10 or so
days, to keep matabolism strong.
