It reminds me of the old joke: I lost 150 pounds of unwanted weight.

The website does show the importance of having both people thinking
along the same lines. It becomes very difficult when people around you
are telling you it is OK to eat something not on your diet or worse yet
when they prepare food that is not on your diet and expect you to eat
it or their feelings are hurt. dkw
