Default Dyslexia is a man made problem, and varies in each culture

Hi All

Dyslexia is a man made problem, so it can not be a mediclal condition.

Dyslexia is all about having problems using a secondary man made
communication system, reading, writing and spelling the visual
notation of speech,
The primary man made communication is our Auditory communication
system we call speech.
Both of communication systems require us to learn how to use them,
unlike out natural sensory communication systems.
So until man developed visual notations of speech there was no
dyslexia, but the underlying sensory, and motor information processing
problem did exist, as they still do. The issues of conflicting
learning styles was less of an isdsues because the auditory learning
style or teaching style had not become so dominant.
Each culture around the world has developed its own auditory langauge
(verbal language) and they have also developed their own forms of
visual notation of speech, some use whole word characters, some use
alphabets, etc. all different and all cause different dyslexic
problems or different sets of problems depending on the type of visual
notation of speech used by the culture you are born into.

So there are both differences between individual dyslexics in and
differeences in the nature of the problems depending on the culture
the dyslexic in born into.

best wishes
