Thanks for posting this sad news. It didn't make the national news, but it
should have. She was very influential on me in the early 1970s, and I'm
sure on millions of other young women; she was an iconoclast who broke down
the image of the godlike doctor and urged us to take control of our own
health care.

I read one of her books, can't remember the title but it had the words
"sex hormones" in it. It was a real eye-opener; like Eva touched on,
I've never trusted doctors since. Seaman paved the way for today's
Northrups and Susan Loves.
