Like other Guardians, I sometimes wonder what the cats are up to when
I am sleep or out of the apartment. But I do know that when the sun
shines into the east or west facing windows of this apartment, that is
where the cats will be. I have set up heated pads in the windows, of
course, so the cats get heat on the stomachs and back at the same
time. And look as if they are in cat heaven.

That conjures up a beautiful picture - cats of various colors basking
in the sunlight. The multitude of hues and highlights of color
illuminated in their fur.

I wonder what they dream? Perhaps of catching mice or a nice catnip
ball?
