Default Changing hormones can cause sleep disorder

If you've been suffering from insomnia, here are a few tips to
increase you chances of falling asleep:

1. Get Sun Exposure
2. Stay Active
3. Avoid food and drink before bed, especially caffeine and alcohol
4. Take a hot shower 1 hour before bed
5. Clear you mind by writing down what bothers you or by reading
fiction
6. Use sound therapy
7. Use supplemental Melatonin
