Estrase vs. Vagifem vs. Ovestin

I'm seeing a gynecologist today regarding significant vaginal atrophy. Wondering what others thought of the comparison of these the Estrase Cream, Vagifem tablets and Ovestin creams? I am also being worked up for suspected Lupus, and didn't know if there were others on line who have Lupus and had any problems with estrogen therapy.
