Default Was it just stress?

Hi all,
Did the Holiday stress just mess me up.? Nov was just a few days of
spotting, same in Dec. then Jan was back to "reg pd" and so far the two
days of Feb pd are the same I've had for years. Just less pain, yeahhh.
The mood swings are there ,but not so bad, the hot flashes are not as bad.
Was Nov and Dec just a test , to let me know whats to come later?
J.

Who knows? Probably even your own body doesn't know (& even if it did, it
wouldn't tell you!)...

In peri, my periods were all over the place - no real rhyme or reason, at
least no that I could discern. They were do "x" for a month - or maybe a few
months, then switch to "y", then back to "x", then "z" would come along...

We're all in the dark on what peri brings. But holidays exaggerate some
things we don't necessarily have exaggerated the rest of the year:
Family activities, rich foods and gift shopping (and the stress from all
of the above). I've found that peri makes me react more to stress than I
used to.
