Default [OT] Camou eyeshadow

How could I have lived for nearly 62 years without this?

Rather easily. ;-)

I'd have the huge urge to blend the colors together more - the lines of
demarcation are too defined, IMO!

8~) Some have too much *money* on their hands, too!
If had an extra $30 ...

2 CD's
or several paperbacks
or a jug of my favorite protein powder
or a handbag on sale at JC Penney
or, hell, the bell-ringer's kettle!

But hey, to each her own!

Well, I think this is aimed at those who have too little time on their
hands!

People with too much time on their hands could also participate in the
Annual Haggis Hunt, now in progress at

I know I managed. :-)

I'm someone who used to blend three eyeshadows to get a certain look. As
I got older, I simplified my make-up bag. These pads would be excellent
for those few times I want to wear fancier make-up for a party, in
one-off current-fashion colors.

The camouflage is gimmicky, but check out the other photos; the other
examples are regular eye make-up.

I kept wondering how you were supposed to blend that, but realized after
seeing the other pics, that it's supposed to look like that.

Avon had a similar gimmick. A friend of mine boughy some from an Avon Rep
friend of hers and gave me two packs (sometihng like 6 or 8 press-ons for
about $7). I didn't like the shades (very frosty) but I tried it out of
curiosity. It's harder than blending your own. First the colors don't
come out evenly, then because eyes aren't even, and neither are my fingers,
the stupid things go on lopsided. I mean, to make it look good, the
different colors have to be on the exact same spots of your two eye (i.e. my
angles weren't exact, so one side had the middle shade--it waas a 3 shae
desigh--higher than the other. I tried it a second time, and decided it
certainly wasn't worth the inconvenience, never mind the cost.

What looks good in theory doesn't always work in practice.

See my earlier post. This is way more time=consuming.

My typos prove my point about the shaky fingers. ;-)
