I've been going to aerobics 2 0r 3 times a week for years now. I sweat
heaps while/after doing it. But for a while now, I'm sweating before I even
get there (it's a fair walk). Today I wasn't even a quarter of the way
there, and I was already dripping, my hair and t-shirt were soaked. So I
walked back home again. I know exercise is good for hot flushes, but I
can't go there soaked. I just feel like crying. I'm so sick of it!
I've ordered a cooling mat and a neck chiller over the internet, should get
it soon. I might see if I can make more neck chillers. Hopefully they
help. So far no luck with the vinegar, will keep trying though. The doctor
tells me antidepressants can sometimes cause excess sweating as well, I
can't manage without them though. I'm having a bunch of blood tests done
tomorrow, hopefully that might even show something else.
