Default Still seeping--

The title says it all--the *visitor* that showed up on the 17th won't leave!
This is similar to how things were in my teens, just not as heavy or
*crampy* as back then.

Hopefully I'll be dry when I have my yearly Gyn exam the end of January. I
rescheduled it from last week, due to the unexpected *visit*.

Resuming BC pills may not be the answer, as my blood pressure is slightly
elevated already, and going back on them will likely increase it even more.

Any suggestions? I previously have taken Lupron and Depo-Provera shots for
various reasons, but I am concerned about the hormone issues those may
cause. Maybe a D & C is in order? Is it *normal* to have regular to
lengthy periods show up after months without a period at all?

I'm 51, in relatively good health otherwise (other than the high blood
pressure), but, like most of us, could stand to lose 35 lbs or so. The
dramatic weight increase has been in the last 5 years or so.

I started on the 14th (wasn't due till the following week) and today is
the first day I've been able to go without a pad. OK, it was light
for the last few days, but definately still *there*.
