Default For those who choose not to go the HRT route.

Please see your health care physician, hopefully one that also
practices holistic methods. I go to a allopathic doctor that does
both.

Here's a general type list. Many of these can be found in organic
foods, the best way to nourish our body

Soy Protein, Contains phytochemical compounds, called isoflavones,
found only in soy beans. Reduces cholesterol levels, helps prevent
osteoporosis and hip fracture, reduces the risk of breast and prostate
cancer, helps control PMS and hot flashes (due to natural
phytoestrogens), helps prevent fatigue, irritability and hunger.

B-Complex
B vitamins work more effectively together than separately. Shaklee's B
contains the entire complex to work synergistically. Regulates
estrogen activity, essential for brain, nerves and hormones.
Deficiency related to mood swings, anxiety, depression, cravings and
skin disorders. Deficiency may be caused by stress, sugar, caffeine
and junk food.

Vita C
Known to be a natural antihistamine and a strengthener to the immune
system. It is depleted by stress, infections, illness, fatigue,
surgery, anxiety, pollution temperatures extremes, smoking, alcohol. A
component of collagen (which helps keep our flesh firm), it protects
our cells from pollutants & poor diet. Essential for blood vessels,
prevents, bruising and promotes healthy gums.

Vita-E plus Selenium
Antioxidant that protects against cell damage. Reduces breast pain by
helping with cystic breast disease, normalizes production of sex
hormones, aids circulation and thus helps with varicose veins, hormone
balancing (hot flashes relief). Protects lungs from air pollution.

Calcium- Magnesium
Normalizes glucose metabolism, produces a calming effect. Reduces
pelvic pain, insomnia, bloating, nervousness. Nature's tranquilizer,
natura muscle relaxant, promotes bone density and restful sleep.
Reduces lead toxicity, arrhythmia, headache, joint pain, leg cramping.

Specific nutritional support for hormonal balance allows the body to
regulate normal temperatures, sleep patterns and balance ones mood and
sense of well being.
amounts based on independent clinical studies and published research.
These include: Black Cohosh, Soy Islflavones which contain genistein
and daidzein, Flaxseed, Don Quai, Red clover and Licorice.

Acidophilus, Bifidus & More
Guarantees live delivery of Bifidus and Acidophilus to the colon. Each
pearl releases 500 million beneficial microflora. When there is proper
balance with friendly microflora the immune system is released to work
in other areas of the body. Counteracts the side effects of
antibiotics, eliminates excess LDL cholesterol and excesses of
estrogen allowing proper balance of hormones .

Ganima-linolenic acid Prostaglandins are important in regulating
normal body processes such as blood pressure, blood clotting and
inflammation. Reduces the symptoms of PMS, breast tenderness,
bloating, normal headaches, hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms,
eczema, allergies, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetic neuopathy, reduces
tremors associated with Parkinson's Disease. Many factors inhibit our
ability to produce adequate GLA such as stress, aging, smoking,
diabetes, viral infections, consumption of alcohol, processed fats,
deficiency in B-Complex, zinc and genetics.

Omega-3 fatty acid-rich fish. Reduces triglycerides and cholesterol,
raises good cholesterol (HDL), lowers blood pressure, reduces
inflammation, improves eczema, colitis, arthritis, MS, psoriasis,
migraines.

Valerian
Improves quality of sleep, has a relaxing effect, reduces anxiety,
relieves tension and restlessness, antispasmodic action on
gastrointestinal tract, lowers blood pressure and stabilizes irregular
heart rhythm.

The herb Ginkgo for a clear mind, healthy heart and improved
circulation. The brain is 2% of our body's weight but requires 1-0% of
the blood supply. In numerous studies, ginkgo increased blood flow in
younger patients by 20% and older patients by 70%.

For most of these you don't mention the organic food sources for
these...
> Soy Protein
> B-Complex
> Vita C
> Vita-E plus Selenium
> Calcium- Magnesium
> Black Cohosh, Soy Islflavones which contain genistein
> and daidzein, Flaxseed, Don Quai, Red clover and Licorice.
> Acidophilus, Bifidus & More
> Ganima[SIC - s/b/Gamma]-linolenic acid
> Omega-3 fatty acid-rich fish.
> Valerian
> Ginkgo

.... and oh so coincidentally, products containing all of these
are sold on your web site.

This newsgroup does not tolerate commercial promotions, no matter
how subtle, and does not tolerate spam, which this is.

Remove the website from your sig file, and this message would not
be considered spam, but merely a list of nutrients with many
unsubstantiated claims about their effectiveness. Leave your
commercial web site link in your sig file, and you are, by
definition, spamming.

May I suggest FUGU, a fish from Japan, and quite organic. The liver,
heart, and other inner organs are exactly what a person like you should
consume.

If memory serves me right that's the deadly puffer fish that the Japanese go
crazy over. I gather the innards are where much of the toxin resides and
even a smidgeon of it will kill, henceforth the years of training a chef
needs to prepare it properly.Even so, I'm sure there are *mishaps* with some
poor brave sod suffering the gastronomic consequences.
