Default 1 day 19 hours off meds

Despite getting up around 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, I fell asleep around 11:00
p.m., but was woken around 1:30 a.m. by a full bladder. Normally I can just
go back to bed and fall asleep again, but this time I felt properly rested
and wasn't able to.

What dreams I had were almost entirely auditory--very few visual images, but
a cacaphony of sound. Remind me of the dreams I had while living on my own,
but those were full of shouting.
