mainly stuck with soups.

I went to a buffet at a casino so I only had one day of eating turkey.
It was delicious.

Number numero uno rule says that
High quality paper plates and "heavy duty forks" are not a boon to a
batcholors kitchen.

Chintsey thin paper plates are a disgust, a degradation.

But high quality, almost a nickle a piece plates and a nickle for a
plastic drinking cup. THESE thngs are irreplacable.

Bu GOOD plastic forks, buy GOOD paper/plastic plates!!!

Rule numero two-oh says always prepare fora freezing when cooking 'Large
orders".

Rule numero three-o says never cook naked infront of neighors or
friends.
Unless its an okay thing to do.

Lets talk about good horseradish and mustard, screw this femininist
movementthat is trying to promote Yogert and salads and 1% milk if not
WORSE!!!!

Men arise, resist this feminnen plot to delete american men's food from
our diet!!!

RESIST THE FEMINIIST PLOT!!!!

Let them keep their lite drinks and chicken and fish dishes and salads,,
REAL men want sardines and horseradish and raw oysters and hot foods.

Resist the womanist tide, at all costs!!!

I'm not a fan of sardines, but I must admit that 1% milk is silly as
hell. What happened to 2% being the big fav, and what does 1% change?
The yogurt parfaits at McD's are half filled and cost a $1 when you can
get 3 the same size at the grocery store. When I get yogurt from McD's
I want it deep fried - damnit!

I'm hungry right now. I could eat some turkey sprinkled with salt and
pepper, cranberry sauce, celery sticks, rolls with margerine, and tall glass
of cold milk. But all I have now is the milk.

Penguin,

Have been trying any new meds lately or found any that work well? I've been
very busy lately, too busy for someone in my condition. Funny how the
disabled have to pull so much weight and no one seems to notice.

I'm doing OK lately. I've finally been able to concentrate better on TV
shows. I haven't been able to focus on them for a long time and some of
them made me somewhat paranoid. Maybe you could try Stelazine when you go
back to your pdoc? And take a good amount Cogentin with it for sure.
