Default Anxiety

I feel that quite frequently that if one is in a state of anxiety then
one is also clinging to some fantasy at the same time... some fantasy
about how things should be or should have been. In this unreachable
fantasy world, everything will be all right and there will be no more
suffering or strife or anxiety if only this thing would happen or if
that thing hadn't of occured. Some people feel anxious all the time
about whether they will make it to heaven or not, and in doing so they
are already dwelling in their own hell.

Awesome Phin I also have this opinion. I think I already wrote in my book a
little on this but you pretty much said it much better then I did. Your on
the ball for being so insightful. Keep strong and know from here you seem to
be moving forward very nicely. With me life isn't always so easy, but I try
to manage.Thanks for sharing.

i seem to remember using my imagination to comfort myself,
but i became my own prisoner!

i have found it has started to get better since i stopped using
hallucinogens (to free me from time)

Anxiety can come from trying to say all you can say, here, before
some tyrant gets up and enslaves you for the day.
Anxiety can come from trying to sneak enough meat and cheese, for
protein and calcium, so you don't lose reps or get brittle bones.
Anxiety can be from sneaking exercises so that you remain strong
enough to avoid slipped disks and hernias from the jobs you have to
accomplish.
Anxiety can come from sneaking 98% of all you do.
Life sucks and then you can't die.
