I know this is almost stating the obvious and I hate people who do so
most of the time, but "New Scientist" does wonders for me when I
want to kickstart my drug-mop brain intellectually. The retail therapy
that really works here is shuffling along to the second-hand "Record
Shop" now CDs naturally, buying ten back catalogue albums or so
and listening to some real timeless wisdom. If you have a good cheap
well stocked s/h record shop near you then you have the knowledge
base to overcome any mental foe.
Anyone ever read magazines at the pharmacy
