| | | Bathmats My new roommate seems to really care about what kind of bathmat we
have in the bathroom we share.
That made me kind of depressed. I couldn't care much less as long as
it's functional. |

No no, I think she is probably a nice person. She okay!
Just talk to her, that all.

Does she want you to pay for half of a new bath mat?
Is this the kind in the bottom of the tub for standing on to take showers?
They can get a bit icky with time.
Otherwise, if she means the little rug thingy, that could be silly. I just
use a towel on the floor, when the rug is in the wash. |

I was either going to have to pay for half of it or work something
else out. I don't know, the whole thing just got a little silly
walking around Wal-Mart and calling Landlord on the phone for OKs to
get certain shower caddies. It's just a bathroom people are going to
be sharing, I don't care if we keep using a towel with paint stains on
it.
She's a good-hearted person, I'm glad to have a good-hearted person
around. Maybe just a little jejune for 39 years old with her stuffed
animals and some other things.
This is a condo with one large downstairs room, a kitchen, and 3 small
bedrooms upstairs. Landlord built a 4th bedroom in basement recently.
Soon there will be 5 people living in this place as he wants a 5th
person to sleep in the refinished basement too.
This will get interesting and hopefully not too difficult. I'm going
to try to keep a good attitude about so many people being here.
But these are not easygoing people so far and I'm a little worried.
More exciting updates to come later as this condo situation develops.
See, I can contribute fascinating soap opera stories about bathmat
situations for y'alls daily entertainment. |

You are basically going to live in a "group home" even though it is
not
recognised by the State. There will be more "mentally divergent"
people
living there. Get used to it! And don't make "pink water" in the
kitchen sink
when you are washing dishes.

Ask Damo!
He will clue you in on certain "mack truck issues" you should not
discuss with people in authority over your life.
