Big Brother Only Has To Read It

Dear Sir:
Is there any way anyone else can censor or remove my writings on
the internet against my will?
Is everything I write on the internet copyrighted for me?
Can I give my associates the right to use my copyrighted materials
easily?
The government has a satellite called HAARP. It has the ability to
rip a hole in the ionosphere by inductive resonance. If a hole is ripped
in the ionosphere over a country it allows radiation from the Van Allen
Belt through to wipe out all electronics. It would totally erase
everything stored on the interet, in the area under the hole. Is that
which is written on the internet distributed enough so that there is
always a copy somewhere?

HAARP is not a satellite, I believe that it is an array in alsaka, and
greenland.

They seach for oil wiith machines at 30 Watts, HAARP (basically an
earthquake weapon of mass destruction) operates at a million Watts
(might ohave been billion I can't remember, a hugh amount anyway.)
