Default a bit more relaxed

I made a change in my supplements, and after a few days I seem to be a
little less stressed. I'm trying to figure out if it is my new supplements,
or just the changeable nature of Sz.

N-Acetyl-Cysteine
L-Glutathione

The L-Glutathione might be a waste, because wikipedia indicates that it does
not pass into the body from the digestive tract too well. However, the
N-Acetyl-Cysteine is readily absorbed and is then converted by the liver
into Glutathione.

I've been taking a lot of Tylenol due to prostate problems. Tylenol tends
to deplete the liver of Glutathione, and at a high enough dosage causes
liver damage. N-Acetyl-Cysteine is regarded as the antidote for Tylenol.

Wiki says that some people have tried using Tylenol overdose to commit
suicide. They died apparently, but they didn't realize that it would takes
weeks or months (after their overdose) of slow painful illness before they
died from untreatable liver damage.

It is hard to tell if even the meds the docs prescribe are what's
doing the trick or if it would have to do with some change in
circumstances of your life, etc. That frustrates me because they never
listen to an opinion about it being anything other than the meds.

I've taken supplements before too, not familiar with those you
mention. What are they for? I'm guessing sz-related, supposed to
be?

If supplements can help a scheezer, I suspect they need to be custom matched
to the individual.

I was trying to offset Tylenol toxicity, but they seemed to make me feel
different.

Hot showers seem to help me too.
