thanks. i know from previous breakdowns that it'll be a couple of years to
get over it

i'm on home leave from hospital, not discharged yet, and i can ring them up
if i get scared

Sorry Kez. I recently had, I guess, a breakdown again too, a psychotic
break w/anxiety, depression, etc.

I'm getting better pretty fast this time. Maybe right meds. Hope you
can get better faster than a year or so like you said.
