Default But on a lighter note...

For a mousepad now I am using a book.

It is The Complete Idiot's Guide to Leadership.

Yes, there is such a thing. I think that's pretty funny.

Good night.

You have the mind to be a good leader, but leaders often have to
disappoint some people, and I think you associate that too much with
yourself, and how you have been in similar situations. It's empathy.
To a certain degree I think leaders must learn to cut off their empathy
for the greater good of all parties.

I am reminded of the old question that has variations -- are the
individuals needs greater than the groups needs?

I like some of the Complete Idiot's Guide books, though I disagree with
the title of the books often. I think a better title might be "The Less
Intimidating Guide to Leadership" because the people that read such
books are rarely idiots.

Good night

Yes, but do we really need any Complete Idiot Leaders? It just struck
me as funny.

LOL, I see I overanalyzed your post ;-)

Sometimes a tree is just a tree... Does it still make a noise if it
falls?

my mouse pad is a small plank of wood!
although I once did use the 'Golden Bough' by George Frazer
and once I used a notepad that lasted a while.
