Clozapine and blood tests

Hello. I have been taking clozapine for quite some time now and I
have graduated to blood tests every four weeks. I often think that if
I wasn't on clozapine that I would go to Africa and help out with the
poor people there. My questions is basically, would I be able to live
in a country like Africa while on Clozapine? Are there labs there
where I can get my blood work done? Maybe if I lived in Africa I
wouldn't even need to get blood work because it is a different
country. I suppose I could take the chance of agranulocytocis and
diabetes. Perhaps I could get blood tests there and they could mail
me the medication from Canada (where I currently live). Any thoughts?

I seem to recall hearing that medical establishments re-used syringes in
Africa. It was one of the reasons AIDS was spread.

I don't know, but I had the same thoughts when thinking of traveling
for a while. It is a problem.
