Default Coffee may be screwing me up.

I think coffee screws me up more than alcohol, if fact I drink more when I
have a coffee buzz.
Coffee gives me anxiety, and if fact I need to take more risperadal when I
am strung out on coffee.
Sometimes I sip it throught the day, which build up in my system, and makes
me restless, and agitated.
I never drank that much coffee, and I still feel sick from it.
Maybe I am allergic to it.
So I am switching to drinking tea.
Green tea, Orange pekoe, and black tea. Sometimes chamomille.
I read in an article on the internet, that caffeine toxicity, can mimic
syptoms of schizophrenia.
What do you think?

Yup. As I increase coffee I need to "up" my risperdal. No question about
it.

Well, tea is different from coffee, but also has plenty of caffeine. I
feel better drinking tea than coffee, but I am also trying out herbal
teas that don't have caffeine. When I drink too much tea in the course
of a workday, I feel a little ill anyway, though.

I find that caffeine is definitely not good for me but I take it
sometimes anyways in the form of tea or maybe a soda. I do drink a
decent amount of decaf green tea and find that it helps me relax and
focus more. I think it may be the anti-oxidants and the theanine in
it. I also take Theanine supplements which seem to help as well.

I drink a number of cups of coffee in the morning to wake me up.

Then I start with a number of beers and maybe a vodka-breezer
in the afternoon and a bottle of whine in the evening.

I hardly drink any tea, I don't know why.

I was drinking from 8 to 15 cups of weak coffeemaker coffee a day for
over a decade. For a while I switched to decaf, but for financial
reasons I'm now drinking the cheapest instant I can find, which is
Maxwell House 50% caff. Although I make it three to four times as
strong as my parents ever did, it's so closely associated with smoking
in my mind that I'm down to about 3 cups a day because I have to smoke
outside.

I used to waste $3.38 on a Starbucks mocha at least once a day, but
ever since I managed to snag a pound of Nestle Rich hot chocolate
powder for $1.99, I've been throwing a spoon of that into my coffee on
occasion and that satisfies the old mocha craving.

I haven't had any alcoholic beverage for 6 months. OK, I had 2 beers about 4
months ago, but thats it. My psychiatrist said that you can't mix
antipsychotics and alcohol so I stick to it. I think she might be right. I
remember I once had too much to drink while I was on antipsychotics and I
became a bit aggressive. I did some crazy shit then. Since then I don't
drink alcohol. I feel fine without it. I drink lot of coffee though.

You'll be in real trouble with coffee when you start getting
muscle cramps and ripping, excruciatingly painful muscle spasms. One
section of cramped muscle sets off a concatenation of muscle spasms that
rips through you like lightning.
It's the caffeine, and of course, regular tea, and green tea will
also afflict you. Also, colas, guaranna, baker's vanilla, chocolate, and
many caffeinated sodas, like Coke, Pespi, Mountain Dew, and Minute Maid
orange soda, who adds caffeine. Minute maid?! Little innocent retarded
Minute Maid!
And, why add caffeine to vanilla used in cookies and cakes, etc.?
Baker's vanilla, surreptitiously hidden in some cookies got me this
Christmas. I was in excruciating pain! Quinine helped.
But the VA isn't going to dispense quinine any more (why, I don't
know), and I'm running out of it. I'll have to stock up on some black
nightshade berries next summer, and preserve them in the freezer, like I
did before, in a better state, if I can find them in the woods around
here. Atropine is a good antidote. Do THEY know caffeine hurts some
people? Caffeine acts like strychnine!
I thought this problem was peculiar to me. I felt like a space
alien. A veterinarian rented a room with us and he told me that caffeine
acts like strychnine on dogs, cats, lions and tiger and bears. So now
I'm an animal.

I used to have anxiety attacks, and I lash out on people.
Coffee is more serious than I imagined.
And you know when I started to drink coffee, I thought it was safer
than drinking alcohol. Alcohol never fucked me up.
But coffee horrible.

Some years ago, I took some phenobarbitol for an evening out. I forgot
about it and had a stiff drink with friends. Wow. I was flying. It was an
intensely pleasurable feeling. Fortunately, I did not fall over dead.

Default Re: Coffee, Caffeine, and the Genocide Agenda

Booze is more of a food than coffee. Coffee has absolutely no food
value whatsoever. Coffee contains caffeine, a drug which is a horrible
poison for some people and all animals.
Booze is a food in the way that by being coverted into sugar by
enzymes in the liver it puts on weight in the form of fat and flab. All
the boozes, except for most vodkas, also contain other food
constituents.
Caffeine is a real psychotropic drug, yet, it isn't listed on all
the food products it is snuck into. How many people know that caffeine
is deliberately put into baker's vanilla? How many people know that the
guaranna listed in the small print has more caffeine than a cup of
coffee? How many people know that the theopheline in tea and the
theobromine in chocolate are other xanthines just as toxic as caffeine?
Caffeine goes unlisted as baker's vanilla in cookies, cakes, pies,
and pastries. This is apparently part of the genocidal agenda to
exterminte Cro Magnon Man.
Speaking of genocide, there is another genocidal program to
exterminate people with allergies. Why? Statistics have shown that
people with allergies are the biggest complainers, and, the
"establishment" wants to eliminate complainers.
One of the operations to exterminate people with allergies is the
unnecessary addition of barium to jet fuels, see
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Chem-Trails/ And, barium compromises the
immune system.
These programs don't kill all Cro Magnons and people with allergies
immdiately. It could be said that, at first, these genocide agendas are
first intended to only reduce the populations of "undesirables". How do
you think THEY are trying to exterminate us schizophrenics?

Not that I am an alcoholic at the moment, more a social
drinker together with my girlfriend, I must add that I drink the
bottle of wine together with my girlfriend, so that is half a bottle.
I am not even typsy-whishy at all from what I drink, but I sure
like the taste of these drinks. I used to drink lots of coffee in the
past and I could drink a lot of coffee before going to sleep and
it wouldn't affect me at all. Maybe I drank so much coffee because
it is cheap and available in the kitchen, not so much shopping
and so on.
