Yes, thank you. I'll go get a cup right now.

During the Blackout of 2005 I found out I was addicted to coffee, and it's
not the caffeine but something else in coffee. I couldn't get coffee for
about 36 hours for lack of electricity, and drinking other caffeinated
drinks didn't help.

Coffee I find tastes best cooked on a campfire. Maybe because it's
perked instead of dripped. I've got some vanilla fou fou stuff on
right now.

Do you like flavoured coffees? I find my fave is to go a couple of hours
without a coffee and then go out for a mocha with syrup. It takes too much
work for me to make the hot chocolate half of a mocha and the equipment to
make the espresso half is too expensive, so if I have the spare cash blowing
$3.50 on a 14-oz one doesn't seem like such a waste.

I'll have a cup.

I like mocha frappucinos. I live with walking distance of a Starbuck's.

Just had some. Coffee crystals, cream, and artificial sweetener.

I'm not so in to the syrups, cream, milk, etc. I'm a bit of a
purist. If the beans are flavored though, that's right up my alley.
Coffee and a bar of chocolate - mmmmmm
In Japan, I bought a chocolate bar that was 99% cocoa. It tasted so
bad that I ended up melting it in a pot of coffee with sugar as an
experiment. It wasn't bad, but no one else would drink it.
Now that I think of it, I like those starbucks iced coffees they have
at 7-11. It's odd how close cocao and coffee are related. An iced
cappucino and chocolate milk taste the same to me.

Aren't the frappuncinos frozen? I had a sip of one and it wasn't
bad. Like a slurpee with caffeine.

Yes, frappucinos are frozen.

A chai latte isn't my cup of tea.

And today I ran out of Folgers, and switched to a generic brand of coffee
crystals.

Have you found that it makes much of a difference?

Instant has an advantage: It's easier to adjust the strength than with a pot
of perked or drip coffee. But it has a huge disadvantage: It's made with
boiling water and always too bloody hot to drink.

Ah, I nuke (use the microwave) a half inch of water in a glass for 10
seconds. Next add the coffee crystals. Once stirred and dissolved, I add
cold water from the refrigerator, and the other ingredients.

One small square of pure dark chocolate is a great way to stop depression
from getting worse--if you catch yourself early enough. But if you eat a lot
of chocolate it doesn't work, at least for me.

Plenty of coffee and cigarettes, also anything that has caffeine in
it.

Chocolate cures my cravings for sweets, everytime. I could eat all
kinds of sugar, but one snicker bar, and I'm comfortable.
I didn't like dark chocolate much until I was in my twenties. I also
started liking coffee then too.

Chocolate is even supposed to be good for people now, except for the sugar.

I really can't have caffeine with geodon. It starts making me too
agitated and I pace back and forth for a few hours.

Occasionally I can't resist and have my mocha frappucino.

Just stay away from anything over 75% cocoa. It's like eating dirt -
well dirt isn't that bad.

Penguin, I think you posted 3 times, but I can see only one.
2 cups of coffee is my maximum - then I start climbing the walls.

Chocolate is bitter. Finding the right artificial sweetener can make a
drink made from unsweetened cocoa powder taste good. However, each of the
artificial sweeteners has some group of people that claim harmful effects
from it.

Otherwise, there is sugar. For someone gaining weight from meds, sugar is a
danger both in weight gain and maybe even diabetes.

I tried an 85% cocoa bar from the supermarket. It *was* nasty.
