From personal experience I know that Arizona and New York have
always been tyranical about committment and are now cracking down with a
"Kendra's Law". In the past have absconded from psychiatry through most
of the states and some foreign countries. I have been caught, committed,
and jumped over "bug house" fences and excaped.
Kendra's Law could sweep the country like the Megan Law did. Both
laws are un-Consitiutional. The Megan Law violates the Constitutional
prohibition against "bills of attainder". The offenders' lists are
illegal bills of attainder. The Megan Law also violates the
Constitutional prohibition against "ex post facto" legal action.
The enforcement of "ex post facto" actions now threatens
grandfathering and disability compensation pensions. In fact it
threatens all pensions. If there's any bitching about this, remember,
the death penalty is both Constitutional and Biblical. I'm applying the
Golden Rule here, for, I'd rather be executed than forced on an
offenders' list.
What is worse, homelessness or psychiatric imprisonment? My cousin
told me about a 19 year old boy who has been homeless down in the
Boston, Massoulchusetts area for over six months now and all shelters
have had no vacancies for him, and they all have refused him shelter.
There is still a major shortage of homeless shelters, at least down in
Massoulchusetts. That's how the Moslems were able to pull off 9/11, from
Massoulchusetts to New York and beyond.
More oxymorons: The word Moslem originally came from the Arabic
m-salam, which means m= from, salam= peace, from peace. The word Islam
originally came from the Arabic as-salam. In Arabic when the word for
the, al, is put before a word like for example, thanor (furnace) it is
pronounced athanor (the furnace). Likewise "the peace" is pronounced
as-salam, which became the word Islam. I can't think of anything in the
world more UN-peaceful than Islam and Moslems. I am behind the President
100%! Would Islam fade away if the Ka'aba in Mecca were nuked?
Religious fanaticism has caused more human suffering than any
other cause. If anyone says, "But, look what Hitler did". HItler too was
a religious fanatic. Hitler was a Thelemite Satanist. Satanism a
religion? Satanists have chaplans in the United States Armed Forces.
Any real Christian will never act politically tyranical. It is the
hypocirtes who have used Christianity for tyranny, especially down in
Massoulchusetts. But Massoulchusetts is showing its true colors now: the
Bay State is the Gay State, not Christian.
