Default computer skills

I am thinking of brushing up my computer skills

Something like databases, SQL, Excel would be good

I'm getting an appointment with the local mental health - work services,
and

hopefully some training will come with that, and though it will be
stressful, it will be

hopefully help me get "better", whatever that means

It's hard not to chase shadows, but do what you can to avoid it. You simply
don't know how it will work out. Except if you don't feel ready to work. If
you don't, don't try to right now.
