Default Concentration Back

I don't understand why, but my concentration came back today. I fell
asleep around midnight, and woke up this morning at 6 AM. I have been
sleeping like 10 or 12 hours most days...

I feel great, because I did some amazing work already!

Now, if only I could discover what was disturbing my concentration...

It's like last night whatever was limiting me in my brain went away.

Oh, one possible difference I just thought of. I didn't eat much
yesterday. I ate a bananna, an apple, and dinner that my mom cooked,
plus some pasta later.

Have any of you noticed similar patterns affecting your concentration?

George

Hi George

fortunately I do not have concentration problems at the moment.
although it can be a problem, I think it depends on the amount of
information that we process. sometimes there is too much going on that I get
confused and instead of concentrating on one thing I find I am forever
jumping from one thought to another kinda of like one of those plate
spinners you used to see on TV.

I think the trick is not to have too many plates spinning at the same time.
Although that is easier said than done. sometimes the whole lot just comes
crashing down.

My mind feels like mush some days and I can't take in what anyone is
saying.

Wish I knew. Certainly not having too much stress, but that's
obvious.

Coffee, a good mood?

Buzz buzz, getting up early?

Ahoy
