Default Crisps (or Chips to our American Cousins)

The flavours of crisps are entierly artificial.

So why are flame grilled t-bone steak with caramalised red onion crips
so much more expensive than Beef flavour crisps when they taste so
similar?

I lived in England for 3 years. You guys have a lot more flavors of
chips than we do stateside.

Penggy, what was your favourite flavour of crisp/chip when you were living
over here?

Ask me nicely, and i might arrange to have some sent over to you ; )

Were you here when Walkers had tomato ketchup flavoured crisps/chips??

I used to like many different crisps/chips. There was one, they were plain
crisps that came with a little blue bag of salt. The idea was you poured
the salt into the bag, shook it up - and hey presto! Salted crisps/chips.

But what happened /every/time/ is all the salt would stick to the crisp/chip
right at the top of the bag, and none would percolate down to the rest. So
one crisp/chip would be way too salty, and the rest not at all salty.

Actually, now i think about it, i don't have a clue why i liked them - i
just did : /

hello Monkfish

My favorite crisps were the salt and vinegar variety but they have them
over here now. Thanks for the thought.
