Default cure - it worked for me .. so i am sharing

Every night before going to sleep take a A4 size paper and write down
the thoughts you have having and then throw away the paper. Write down
about your self, your family, your past, you present, your mistakes,
your problems, everything. Do not hold back - write down everything -
pour out the dirt within you onto the paper. Let it come out - think
of this as a mental operation - your are cutting the wounds and
removing the puss from it. It wil then heal.

Writing down the thoughts is the best way to get rid of the fearfull
and depressive thoughts.

Do this every day - within a year you WILL BE cured.

1. Take a paper/diary and write down all your thoughts, your past,
everything about yourself. Do this every night. Slowly the depressive
thoughts will start changing to good ones. You can throw away the
paper.

2. Do a small good deed everyday. Donate some money or clothes or feed
the birds, etc.

3. Stay away from TV and media

4. This is a very slow journey. Take one step at a time.

5. Morning 10 minutes of exercise. everyday.

If you have done something wrong that you cannot tell other, you can
write it down and throw away the paper. If you have repressed anger or
hate or anything and cant tell other or share it with other - write
it down - its the best way to get rid of it.

What I have found is that WRITING DOWN THINGS HELP A LOT. Write down
all the problems you have, you current diffculties, etc. Do this EVERY
day before going to sleep, so that you sleep peacefull without any
medicies.

When you do a good deed - you feel better and happy. That is the best
medicine that I can recommend to anyone.

I had suffered from depression since 8 years and overcame it without
any medicines - so I know how to cure it. It will take a year for any
sort of mental illness to get cured - and it has worked wonders for
me. It is simple and effective. It took me 8 years to find it out .

Yeah... that doesn't work...

I figured it would be something stupid like "I pray to god every night
and now I'm cured!"

Medication works. These things do not.

I think all of those techniques are good in general, but the promise of
curing any mental illness in a year seems like snake oil. That said,
I've saved your message, and I'm going to try some of those techniques.

BTW what personality type are you? Does it work for all personality
types? (just something more to consider)

You're right. I keep a journal in what is called today "unicode".
You can look up the Unicode Consortium in Google. I haven't been able to
find the thousands of foreign and ancient symbols of Unicode on the
internet, to give you, that I use.
Unicode is composed of most of its 1,048,576 possible symbols to
be compiled. I contributed some to them they didn't have yet, to
"legalize" them. You'd be amazed at the hassle I have had in my life
time just over my secret writing. With unicode I can write anything I
want and no one can read it.
Writing in my journal certainly "vents my spleen". It pours out
all the ugly emotions into the symbols on paper and leaves them there to
radiate off the stress into the environment, away from me.
Also, if you have something you must accomplish you can design a
logo representing the project. You can fill it in with the appropriate
colors. I have had the same box of colored pencils since 1952, even
though I have moved here and there all over the world (on the lam from
psychiatry).
Of course, I have had assistance in this from archaeology and
anthropology. And I was a commercial artist and advertising consultant
educated in subliminal art.
Speaking of trickie advertizing. Here's one Capitalists are
pulling on the public now. There was an iPod ad with this luscious
female creature singing in the middle of a crowd. The iPods slid up,
down, here and there. Other companies did ads with just the same kind of
shifting but associated it with chimes. Now companies are advertising
with the same chimes, and when I hear the chimes I think of that
luscious female creature in the iPod ad, and I'm sure others do. Over a
douzen companies are cashing in on it.
And, speaking of such obsessions, bringing it back to the main
topic here, I encode such personal things into the deepest codes, coding
the coded, and encoding those codes, so that no one could ever translate
them. As I do these things I giggle gleefully in rebelion, like Rosco P.
Coltrane in the original :"Dukes of Hazzard", "Good newszhe, good
newszhe".
And, it is fun and recreation, very relaxful and satisfying,
venting ones emotions on to paper.
There is power to this, power to influence people. If you display
a charged works of art secretly filled with your emotions. People will
be subliminally influenced by them.
Reginald Scott said, "The Bishop lulled the people to sleep with
volumes, while the witch overthrew the kingdom with the scrawl of a
rune". I was doing things like that, and the "Eye Witess News Team", who
hunted down and framed up, "rip offs and rascals" (I was a rascal), just
couldn't get the goods on me. Did I tell you the story about Sweeney? I
got the "Eye Witness News Team" to "jump down stairs with their eyes
closed", i.e., and destroy themselves.
But, I have had to "watch my P's and Q's' since I became a
Christian. The Bible says, "Rebellion is as witchcraft". But I have
backslidden at times.

There seems to be a lot of good ideas there. I have problems writing
down that much in a journal though. I don't know why. It seems
pointless to me or something.

I don't know if all of this would work for everyone. I will try some
of it though.
