Default cycling mind

My mind bothers me. I had a negative event about two years ago, and the
event keeps on cycling over and over again in my mind. It has already
ruined some of my life.

The negative event was rejection from my friend because I did not want
to be like jesus and because I am a male in sex. This event cycled over
and over in my mind.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF SHE COULD SAY SORRY, THEN I COULD GET THIS TOUGHT
OUT OF MY MIND. I KNEW THE PERSON SINCE 2nd grade and that just
exemplifies the cycling of the event.

BUT THE PERSON REFUSES TO APOLOGIZE

the person told me that they do not owe me anything because i am not
god.

I NEED SOMETHING TO ERASE MY MIND.

The whole thing confuses me. On what basis did that other person think
you *are* Jesus?

She said she is friends only with people who have the same goal, to be like
Jesus.

Spockie try to get involved in something that will distract you. I know it's
hard sometimes and I feel for you. Hope things improve soon. Risperdal is
very good for obsessive thinking.

Is the whole body like that? It's said, "It comes and goes like a
belly ache". I acknowledge, "It's that time agaiin", whatever kind of
time it is.
In Ecclesiastes it says that everything has it's time. But,
unpleasant intermittent thoughts can be prayed away fast. It is good to
settle unpleasantries with a system, put them away, and leave them,
there.
