Default day to day

I am coping day to day, each day i start off the same, forgetting about
yesterday

Soon I will make plans, for my future, but for now,

I am a day to day person, with no consistancy desired

How can I comprehend my own life, without the doubt and horror

That's the big one for many of us. I decided a long time ago that it was
impossible to make sense of what was happening to me, so I took steps to
make it stop happening. Not everyone takes that approach, tho.

Was this a mental change, like of attitude?

The fight just goes on. inner fighting, and fighting others

Conflict is always happening somewhere nearby, in cites and also
intenationally.

The fight cannot be won

I had some help. My relatives talked to me and helped me realize that I
wasn't living my life the way I wanted to. That was the key, what kind of
life I wanted to have. It still took them months to get through to me. Since
then I've paid close attention to the way what's going on in my head affects
the way I live. I've been off medication from time to time but only until I
found that carrying on was impossible.

You're right that the war with one's voices, distraction, etc. can't be won.
I found that out again recently when I tried to go off meds in controlled
conditions and found myself completely tuning out the outside world. So I'm
back on them again and doing okay, but still can't work. That's something to
think about in the future.

Stay in the NOW...do not ponder the future.
