DMHMRSAS Director Martinez should be required to wear shock collar

The Virginia Legislature should require DMHMRSAS Director James
Martinez to wear a shock collar that actuates every time he says
something about self-determination, empowerment or recovery, embrace
accountability, consumer and provider perspectives, and this year's
big meaningless mental health buzzword . . . "evidence based
practices".

Is anyone else amazed that after all the deaths in the Virginia Mental
Health System this guy still has a job?

He needs to shut up about what he wants to do and just do it.

I was amazed they did not fire James Martinez in Virginia after Seung
Hui Cho and all the deaths are injuries in their institutions.
