does anyone

take meds every now and then. I just took some seroquel because I was
going nutty, but I haven't had any for more than a week, and before
that was about 2 weeks...etc I dont like taking them all the time...

I take the meds every night because otherwise I am up all night and
don't sleep. Plus the voices get too out of control.

I take mine every day to keep the levels even... and prevent something
very bad from happening.
