Default Dopamine involved in depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, Parkinsons Disease

Dopamine is the neurotransmitter involved in focus, drive, attention,
memory and clear thinking. It is the feel good reward chemical
secreted which is the chemical gamblers, addicts, risk takers and
novelty seekers are addicted to. The substra niagra being one part of
the body that degrades through time, so our dopamine levels decrease
as we age. If we could live forever, we'd all eventually get
Parkinsons' disease (PD).

Conditions associated with low dopamine levels include:

Behavioural markers:
* poor memory and concentration
* Depression (low frontal lobe activity)
* Stress (Hypoadrenal states)
* Addictive disorders (eg: alcohol, drugs, sex, food)
* novelty seeking behaviours, eg: latest gimmicks
* Sleep Disorders
* Agrophobia, Schizophrenia
* Pellagra
* ADD/ADHD

Physical markers:
* Hypothyroidism
* Pale skin, lacking pigmentation due to low tyrosine
* Greying Hair due to low tyrosine
* Asthma due to low adrenalin levels
* Low muscle tone due to dopamine<->growth hormone
* Movement disorders (e.g. Restless legs syndrome)
* Parkinson's Disease

Environmental factors
* Biowarfare by chemical, biological or microwave electrical emissions
target dopamine, nitric oxide and DHEA to physically and mentally
disable a population

WHAT CAN HELP TO PROVIDE NORMAL DOPAMINE LEVELS?

"Mucuna Pruriens", an Indian Herb used to treat Parkinson's Disease &
lecithin to rebuild and shield the nervous system.

Mucuna contains L-DOPA, which crosses the blood-brain barrier to give
dopamine. Dopamine is the feel good neurochemical thats high in
couples who are in love. Dopamine is used to make adrenalin as well
which dilates the bronchial vessels to provide easy breathing. Mucuna
has been quoted as being "the best nerve tonic you can get".

It is best taken with healthy Omega 3/6/9 fats as transport, eg:
Salmon Oil, Primrose oil, Hemp oil, Flaxseed or my favorite due to the
body's ready acceptance of it, emu oil.

CHEMICAL PATHWAY

Tyrosine converts using folic acid, Vit C, NADH(B3),iron to
-> L-DOPA converts using Vit B6 to
-> DOPAMINE converts using Vit C, Copper to
-> NOREPINEPHRINE (NORADRENALINE) converts using SAMe to
-> EPINEPHRINE (ADRENALINE)

* tyrosine, copper & PABA is used to make melanin providing
pigmentation

NERVE DISORDERS
Dopamine levels are proportional to the acetylcholine levels.
Acetylcholine being used to create the protective sheath over a nerve.
Lecithin (in chocolate, soya, egg yolks) converts to acetylcholine.
The protective sheath provides a barrier against a constant
bombardment of electromagnetic and emotional noise around us, as
illustrated in

http://www.sacredmirrors.org/html/zoom.cgi?m=14
http://www.sacredmirrors.org/html/zoom.cgi?m=15

Too little acetylcholine and you are easily distracted by stimuli in
your environment, whether you are trying to think (loss of
concentration) or sleep (awakening too easily). In addition, too low
acetylcholine levels cannot support normal motor (muscular activity)
control, and coordination and motor response falter.

MEMORY AND CONCENTRATION
Dopamine innervation of the prefrontal cortex is involved in cognitive
processes, such as tested in working memory tasks. Japanese
researchers have shown a significant increase in dopamine
concentration, which appeared to reflect the working memory component
of tasks. This suggests an important role of dopamine in working
memory function.

DEPRESSION
Imbalances in the neurotransmitter systems are implicated in the
expression of depressive symptoms. A controlled clinical trial used
the method of tyrosine depletion to illustrate the effect of tyrosine
depletion (or deficiency) on dopamine. It was found that dopaminergic
factors are particularly involved in disrupted effect/reward based
processing, characteristic of clinical depression.[11]

MOVEMENT DISORDERS
The pathology of restless legs syndrome centres around central nervous
system iron homeostatic dysregulation with subsequent alterations in
dopaminergic functioning. Treatment of restless legs syndrome with
dopaminergic medications is highly effective. Several randomised
controlled trials have illustrated the beneficial effects of a
dopamine agonist (Ropinirole) in the treatment of long standing
restless legs syndrome.

REM SLEEP
Dopaminergic neurons are amongst the few that are active and play a
role in REM sleep; therefore dopaminergic therapies may also improve
REM sleep.

STRESS/ HYPOADRENAL
Acutely stressful situations can disrupt behaviour and deplete the
brain catecholamine neurotransmitters - norepinephrine and dopamine.
As tyrosine is the precursor to norepinephrine and adrenaline, it may
help to replenish stores and alleviate stress upon the adrenal glands.
This may be beneficial in cases of adrenal exhaustion. Studies have
shown that tyrosine supplementation may significantly decrease
symptoms of stress, including adverse moods and poor memory, by
replenishing the neurotransmitter stores.

AlCOHOL/DRUG ABUSE
Dopamine has been implicated in the modulation of responses of the
'reward circuit' in animal and human studies. Recent biological
conceptualizations of craving and addiction have implicated mesolimbic
dopamine activity as a central feature of the process of addiction.

Furthermore polymorphisms of dopamine receptor genes have been
associated with a susceptibility to alcohol and drug addiction and
craving behaviour.[5] In particular, deficiency or absence of DRD(2)
receptors then predisposes individuals to a high risk of multiple
addictive, impulsive, and compulsive behaviours.

THYROID FUNCTION
The synthesis of thyroid hormones, thyroxine, triiodothyronine and
reverse T3 is dependent on the availability of tyrosine. Other
nutrients necessary for optimal thyroid function include iodine,
copper, selenium, zinc and vitamin C. Deficiencies of these nutrients
may be associated with a decrease in thyroid function.

Adrenalin (Bronchodilator; cardiostimulant; mydriatic; antiglaucoma)

The adrenal medulla secretes the important hormone adrenalin
(epinephrine), the activator which works on the nervous system.
Nicotine and stressful situations such as cold, fear, stress, worry,
and anger increase the flow of adrenalin which, in turn, prepares the
body for flight or fight by initiating:

1. An immediate rise in blood pressure;
2. Stepped up respiration rate;
3. Stimulation of the skeletal muscles thus increasing the capacity
for work;
4. Increase in the basal metabolism rate and the rate of oxygen
consumption; and
5. Increased blood sugar by stimulating the liver to release glucose
from glycogen.

VITAMIN B3 DEFICIENCY - Pellagra

If you are taking contraceptive pills, you are at a great risk of
being niacin deficient! Take supplements of the nutrient daily!

Niacin causes a release of histamine from the mast cells of the liver,
niacinamide does not. Niacin causes flushing because of this release
of histamine. Niacin reduces blood fats and niacinamide does not.
Niacin may be the best choose between niacin and niacinamide due to
its ability to reduce blood fats.

Nicotinic acid is niacin.

An early warning sign of niacin deficiency: A person who has lost
their sense of humor.

Vitamin B-3 niacin is a treatment for schizophrenia and other mental
disorders such as anxiety, nervousness and depression. People have
been completely cured using niacin.

Schizophrenia is a symptom of pellagra, therefore, if a person has any
of the pellagra symptoms, they should use B-3 niacin before symptoms
become serious. The four D's of pellagra: dermatitis, diarrhia,
dementia, death.

Food Sources: Lean meat, poultry, fish, nonfat dairy products, whole
grain bread and cereal products, mushrooms, almonds, buckwheat, beef
heart, beef kidney, lamb, peanut butter, brewer's yeast, potatoes,
fowl, and peanuts.

Vitamin B-3 Niacin Deficiency Symptoms:
1. Pellagra
2. Inflammation of the tongue and linging of the mouth
3. Digestive disorders
4. Mental depression
5. Diarrhea
6. Nausea
7. Insomnia
8. Abdominal pain
9. Irritability
10. Loss of appetite
11. Anxiety
12. Fatigue
13. Numbness in various parts of the body
14. Backache
15. Headache
16. Energy formation cannot take place
17. Enzymes cannot function
18. Dermatitis
19. Dementia

Melanin
Pigments responsible for the dark color of skin, hair, feathers, fur,
insect cuticle, soil. Biosynthesis from tyrosine.

Malic Acid
Malic acid plays an essential part in sugar metabolism and in the
formation of ATP which is the energy currency for physcial activity
and other body functions. The energy we use is obtained from the
combustion of these digested food products combined with oxygen and is
stored as ATP which is then utilized when energy is needed for all
kinds of activities. ATP requires magnesium, oxygen, phosphates and
substrates from the breakdown of food products. When low oxygen
conditions occur such as hypoxia and when magnesium is below optimum
levels, the body accumulates excessive levels of certain products
which blocks the complete utilization of sugar for the manufacture of
ATP. Then the body switches to a very inefficient system of
generating ATP. The breakdown of protein occurs in muscles and other
tissue, resulting in damage to the affected parts of the body. This
is associated with pain, decreased function and fatigue. Muscle
spasms occur in hypoxic tissues which creates a vicious cycle that
worsens the conditon by further decreasing the oxygen supply and food
substances needed for ATP production.

The naturally occurring isomer is the L-form which has been found in
apples and many other fruits and plants. The L-form is apple acid.

About Shellfish
Shellfish (Oysters - Clams - Crabs) consumption supplies Tyrosine
(amino acid)

When the brain produces the neurotransmitters dopamine and
norepinephrine, mood and energy pick up. You tend to think and react
more quickly, be more attentive, motivated, and mentally energetic.
Shellfish, low in fat and carbohydrate, and almost pure protein,
delivers large supplies of an amino acid called tyrosine to the brain,
which then makes it into the two mentally energizing brain chemicals
dopamine and norepinephrine. For the quickest upsurge in alertness,
eat shellfish alone.

Cheese is also high in tyrosine, but is high in fat and tryptophan as
well.

When you're "on a mental roll, when everything just clicks into place
in your mind...It's the dopamine and norepinephrine at work in your
brain."
"The Food Pharmacy" by Jean Carper

Natural Ways to increase dopamine
A decline in dopamine activity in the brain is linked to cognitive
(learning and memory) and movement problems in those with Parkinson's
disease. The amino acids phenylalanine and tyrosine, along with the
nutrient NADH and some of the B vitamins, influence the production of
dopamine. An herbal supplement called mucuna pruriens elevates
dopamine levels and it has been used in India for many centuries for
Parkinson's disease.

Using FO-TI to increase dopamine by deactivating MAO-B enzyme!

MAO-A enzyme converts serotonin/norepinephrine to waste products
MAO-B enzyme converts dopamine to waste products

In animal studies, it was shown that Foti is very unique among plants
as a monoamine oxidase B inhibitor. It specifically inhibits MAO-B
activity, which is associated with the onset of geriatric senility.
The primary benefit of MAO-B inhibition is an up-regulation of
dopamine, which declines with age and is vital for mood, growth
hormone release, sexual function, and coordination. After the age of
45 or 50, MAO-B activity increases significantly in the tissues of the
brain. In one animal study on Foti, an MAO-B inhibition effect of over
80% was noted, suggesting that this is one of Foti's important anti-
aging effects. While patients that need an MAO-B inhibitor can get a
prescription for the pharmaceutical drug Deprenyl, natural herb
sources for this effect are uncommon.

PROTECTION AGAINST BIOWARFARE

Biowarfare uses covert technology such as chemtrails, HAARP,
mycoplasma and targets to reduce dopamine, nitrous oxide and DHEA
levels in humans.

The result being the target population KNOW what their enemy is doing
but their brain is unfocused and overly exhausted to motivate &
coordinate any ACTION to do something against what was happening to
them.

High dopamine keeps the nervous system healthy and able to carry out
resistance measures for your own best interest.

Personal Experiences, Sources, etc

Numerous friends, Dr Vera's holistic pharmaceuticals (below) all vouch
for the validity of Mucuna Pruriens as providing L-DOPA which is
carried across the blood brain barrier to convert to dopamine.
Consumption upon which they feel a deep sense of relaxation, whilst
still being focused. A person I know who was an addict to marijuana
to relax gave up completely after using Mucuna Pruriens.

I do believe all our "leaders" are on anti Parkinson's Disease (PD)
drugs. This gives them god-like powers of focus, drive, attention,
memory, clear thinking and ability to public speak. Abilities which
everyone can have.

Two other examples to help one discern for themselves if this
information is true is:

1/ An EBAY advert for Mucuna Pruriens

http://cgi.ebay.com/Dried-Herbs-MUCU...QQcmdZViewItem

2/ Amazon Ad

http://www.amazon.com/Mucuna-Prurien...?ie=UTF8&s=hpc

It's inexpensive too. A far more cost effective solution to other
sedatives, prescription or otherwise.
