Default drooooooowsy

I am switched to Seroquel 100 mg morning, 0, 100 mg evening + 2 mg
Risperdal evening
I feel and do nothing, and I am very much drowsy until about 12 am.
In the evening, there are interesting TV series so I don't go to sleep
before 2 am.

Despite all the coffee, I just don't seem to get up in the morning at
7 am when I am about to go to work in 10 days after the holidays are
over.

Any idea how to awake in the morning?

Sida Cordifolia mixed with powdered caffiene: start at a ratio 2:1 and
take 400mg to start with first thing _do not exceed 1g_ and take several
weeks on the build up. Take weekends off and lie in to reduce habituation.
Take one week off out of every six and exercise the adrenals.

Do not exceed your personal dose as you will have panic attacks. (sida
Cordifolia has more ephadrin than ephedra but is still legal.)

I'm experimenting with taking my Risperdal earlier, in the middle of
my workday instead of at the end. Today was kind of rocky, but after a
few days I'll see.

What I mean is that I have got the idea that the sedation effect is
worn out after 12 hours, and therefore moving it 6 hours earlier will
help me get up earlier. But I could be wrong. I don't take Seroquel,
so I can't comment on that.

Risperdal taken at bedtime can make it hard to wake up in the morning. If
that's the issue try taking it at 4-6 p.m. and give it a few days. The
problem is that, depending on the person, risperdal can cause either
drowsiness or insomnia, so finding out when to take it requires
experimentation.

Try to see if you can find a way to take your pills once a day, all at the
same time, maybe in late afternoon when you get home from work. But get
dosing times squared away before your vacation ends so you don't get any
surprises.

Try taking all your Seroquel at bedtime and the risperdal in the
morning.

When I took seroquel, I only took it at night and took haldol during the
day. If I took serquel in the morning I would be in bed all day.

I tried taking Seroquel earlier, about 10 pm (finally managed to sleep
after 2 am, as I was sleepy and drowsy entire day until evening), and
I got up somehow, thank Gawd.
Before I was taking it before bedtime, about 11:30 pm or 12pm.

Maybe this is a solution.

NOTE I haven't taken RIsperdal 2 mg as I am short of pills.

When I was under dopamine blockers they wouldn't allow me any
real sleep. I was semi-conscious when I should have slept and tired all
the time when I was supposed to be awake. And they were perpetual
torment.
The perception of everything was altered so that I was accidently
hitting trash barrels on the side of the road driving. I have narcolepsy
anyway, but it is blamed on sleep apnea.
Even with the CPAP machine I still have narcopepsy, The CPAP
machine lowered my blood presure to normal, but the medical authority
involved still blames my narcolepsy on sleep apnea, noncompliance to the
CPAP schedule.
There is a smart card in the machine to catch you not using it the
way you should, but, I got a strong magnet in 1995 with the intent of
scrambling the socialized medicine smart card that we were threatened
with back then. I was ashamed of my schizophrenic record back then and I
was going to do anything to erase it.
My exwife left me because I wouldn't change my identity. I
chickened out of changing my identity when I found out that you could
get 10 years in the federal pen for each falsified federal, state, or
local document.
Back then, I was not the only schizophrenic faced with the same
problems. Many wives wanted their schizophrenic husbands to erase their
identities, and some did.
What's the use of staying awake long after you retire? Anyway, I
like the cat naps.

You made this post a long time ago, and may not read this.

I also have sleep apnea. I used to have unpleasant body sensations in
my dreams. I've had dreams where I've been tortured.
Unfortunately, I could also felt pain during those dreams which made
it very real. I once had a dream where people were using power drills
to drill into my skull. That kind of misery was pretty typical in my
dreams. I used to remember most of this kind of dreams that I had.
It got to be a pretty long list of things that were pretty horrible.

My psychiatrist told me that the dreams were caused from my brain,
which would continue registering delta waves even during my sleep
cycles. This resulted in unpleasant body sensations in my dreams
because my brain was merely converting the sensation of my physical
body into pain which would manifest itself in my dreams.

These dreams were so bad that I felt it was some kind of cosmic
punishment. I remember one dream where I asked for True God to
intervene and stop the pain. The result was that electric drills were
bored into my head.

My doctor said these dreams were phenomenae known as hypnogogia and
hypmnopomnia. One refers to the brain's confusion as you ENTER sleep
and the other the same as you EXIT sleep.

All I knew was that I was afraid of what dreams might lie ahead of me
each night. When I lost weight, my sleep apnea got better and these
dreams have tapered off.

The plus side to all this is when I have sex dreams I also get to
physically feel and experience that as well. That has made those
dreams nearly transcendental from the sheer enjoyment of them.
