It appears to me that the main thrust of the argument is that the human race
grows more and more stupid by degrees and that 'we' meaning 'they' should do
something to stop this relentless slide into idiocy.


I used to be an active member of the human race, then I became an interested
observer, now I am beginning to lose interest in even that. As Doris Day
used to say....Que Sera Sera...

just read the imdb review of Idiocracy sounds like a decent movie
I shall watch it when its reaches TV

I saw that movie on DVD some months ago.

It was funny, but yes, it is just an exaggeration of a process that is
really happening.
