An entity visited me.

Last night an Entity visited me in my sleep and said if I stop smoking
I would be anxiety free. It's Crazy but what the hell I'm going to
give it a go. I bought some nicotine gums.

If it doesn't help against anxiety at least you
will be much healthier, it is always good to stop.

i had to quit smoking and drinking all at once, cold turkey. must say
it's been a difficult 7 weeks, but i feel much healthier, less
anxious, less confused, less empty... it's the best thing to do. and
hey, if a weak carnal creature like me can pull it off... anybody
can!

The trouble is, you won't be anxiety free until you have succeeded,
I'm guessing, and you're bound to get loads of anxiety while stopping.
I managed it a few weeks ago with the help of a week's supply of the
patches. My dad had a second heart attack and I thought "That's it, no
more, I'm not going to be a hypocrite and tell him he has to stop,
ifI'm carrying on. So I stopped. It was shit for a week, not good for
the next week, then it was all fine.

Best of luck to you Lucy (if the gum doesn't work, the inhalers are
far more powerful, I understand. That's what I've bought for my mum
and dad.)
