Default family gathering dinner

Today was dad's 71st birthday and we celebrated with a small gathering of
close relatives and my wife all in one table at a popular local restaurant.
Mum and Dad were late coming but soon after they arrived things began to
pick up and the food and conversation flowed freely. It felt good to be with
the whole family together again. i felt very happy tonight. I felt like i
belonged to something that had meaning and soul to it. the feelings of
hopelessness, loneliness and desolation melted away like ice on tea.

Wonderful, you must be in a good state of recovery, I hope things keep
improving for you. A good wife is invaluable.
