feeling shitty while on Risperdal

I feel shitty all the time when Im on this med, I have a hard time focusing
on anything. All i do is walk around and try to IMPROVE my mood. My doc will
put me in a hospital if i don´t take this terrible med. I also use drugs
because i feel so bad.

Lie to the asshole tell him you are taking the crap meds that make you lactate.

If he's a good doctor, he should try changing your med to something
that doesn't make you feel bad. Just ask him.

Ask your doc to switch. I could not experience any pleasure or feel
sensation and paced back and forth for 12 hours a day on Risperdal. It
was torture.

Low doses of risperdal were ok but I experienced voices 24 hours a day
on low doses.

research on finding new and better antipsychotic drugs because this is

scared because it can cause agranulocytosis and diabetes. And even though I
feel miserable, I don't want to die.

Nasty, nasty stuff, also associated with gum disease (?!). But it doesn't
appear to be fatal. I have poorly controlled diabetes and that hasn't been
fatal to me, either. I'd say talk to your MD and see how s/he feels about
this one medication you haven't tried yet. (And I say MD because s/he might
know more about physical diseases than your psychiatrist.)

After the clonzapine does not work then they will put you on what ever the
newest drug is always dangling that drug cure carrot in front of you.

I disagree about the word "cure." Nobody talks about cures any longer, just
lifelong ongoing treatments. Cures don't generate revenue while treatments
do.
