| | | Feelings in your brain? Does anyone else have this?
When I get really bad, I have feelings like my brain is spreading out,
or rippling, or folding, or boiling. Sort of. It's kind of hard to
explain.
The spreading thing is most common. The boiling thing is the worst.
Are there nerve endings in the brain? What is this?

It's all in your mind!
My niece came for a visit today, she's the same age as you. She had
two baby girls and a nice house, the girls are visiting their father
in another state so she's up here visiting some her family she hasn't
seen in a few years. The last time I saw her was back in 1995!

| | | Re: Feelings in your brain? I'm not familiar with what you describe, but I believe that sensations from
the circulatory system (blood) of the brain can be felt. Also, brain
circulation changes occur with brain activity. It is the basis for fMRIs. |

I once had the feeling, that my brain had a cramp. At that time i was in
hospital and was getting Tavor, a benzo. I blame it partly on the benzo and
partly on my psychical condition. |

The "brain shocks" I had when coming off of Effexor certainly felt like they
were in my brain, although I don' t know why.

I feel bubbly sometimes, like my head is carbonated. Sometimes I worry
that the feeling means I'm going to have a stroke when the "bubble"
"bursts". |

I think the brain does all of those things and we just don't notice most of
the time.

I have strange sensations in my head sometimes even before I was on
medication. Sometimes it felt like one half of my brain wasn't working risperdal gave me funny feelings in head when it started to wear off.

Besides headaches I have never felt my brain in any other way.
Just wondering how the lost generations experienced elektro schock
in their brain, you must be feeling your brain then alright.

Yeah, I know what you mean. This is the feeling of blood flowing to
different parts of your brain and stimulating the creation of new
neural pathways, resulting in an increased ability, on your part, to
find or create connections between ideas and/or words. This results
in more overall mental clarity and an increased communication ability.
Basically you've broken the assumed 10% barrier and you're using more
of your brain now. Congratulations! If you're feeling that spreading
feeling like your brain is being parted in the middle, you're usin'
all of it now! Enjoy! It's the path to immortality.
The one I like best is when it feels like an energy stream coming into
my head where the "soft spot" would be on a baby's skull. It's like I
expect to feel a sucking, squishing sensation there, and I've actually
felt what feels like little bubbles moving aronud right there.
