by a strange coindidence I have been thinking about lunar cycles and
werewolves recently

Its a common thing for a group of women to all have their periods
simoutaneously.
Like if three females are sharing a house they tend to have their
periods together.

Maybe the moon does it, or maybe there are subtle biological cues
carried by femaes that promot such events.

I'm not sure about the red aliens.
But it's the same way with the female green aliens....so I've been told.
