Forced Love

My voices destroyed my relationships, I no longer hear voices.
Can I teach/force myself to love again. Here we are talking about
spirit not sex.

I hear voices only in altered state of consciousness.

Love is feeling that motivates our best actions.

I dislike the notion of a creator, I believe the universe to be
eternal uncreate and yet possessing a form of consciousness that is
manifest in cognitive process as the law of cause and effect. I do not
want to anthropomorphising this cosmic entity although perhaps I can love
it.

When manic I literally love the dark side of this entity, this is
what most people seem to do, yet, I feel to only do good
is impossible and highly restrictive to attempt. Although overall
I would like to do better. Is learning to love a gradual or sudden
process in your opinion.

Gradual. You have to train yourself to keep that feeling.
That also means one can learn to love ones that hate him.
Ultimately one can learn to love everyone.
