Default Free digital to analog tv converters

www.DTV2009.gov

$80 in coupons. You can get all of those digital channels and keep
your tv working after 2009.

I've been wanting to get one for a while now so my kid could watch the
3 pbs stations. They have a kid channel 24-7. Oh there's also a
music video channel I'd like to check out.

The coupons are from a government agency. I'm not peddling these just
pointing you in the right direction.

Pray tell, my good man, why would a kids' channel need to be 24/7? What kind
of parents are out there these days anyway?

It would come in handy believe me. My kid wakes up after Sesame
Street, so maybe we could get a better time that it would be on.
Plus, cable has 24-7 cartoons, why not OTA tv.

There's cable here right now, so I would be OK. Probably will get the
thing though in case I ever move again and want to use my old tv
without cable.

Really just more for the to do list.

Hmmm.... I kind of miss the old days before the FCC (before my time as
well). When there were thousands of random radio stations, some of
them overlapping, with people playing various music, talking about
things, etc. I guess the Internet and Youtube-like places have become
the new place for freedom of expression. Eventually we may have an ICC
(Internet Communications Commission) that will censor and limit free
speech to keep little Johnny from learning the truth, as well as from
hearing bad words. If/When the one world government plans succeed,
that's a very real possibility.

Eric Idle likes the FCC:
