How is everyone?

Still getting over last psychosis.

I hope it is my last psychosis.

Thanks for all your support.

I was so close to offing myself. Without everyone's help, I'd be dead

I'm glad you're doing better. There will be other waves in life. It
takes time to learn to talk about what makes you depressed, understand
the reasons, and come up with solutions to move past them, if possible.
I still have a lot of learning to do...

I had noticed that it was now three weeks since your crisis. I was
concerned. Gelly seemed confident that you had gotten help, but I was
concerned.
