Acamprosate (Campral) works. It blocks glutamte, which is very
pleasant to block. Glutamate is capable of awakening over 80% of the
brain. When the brain starts awakening, first voices are heard. My
cousin's cousin's son Freddie is addicted to the "choking game". He does
it right in public. He just does it to get into perinatal matrix one,
which the Tibetan Book of the Dead calls the "Peaceful Deities"
(properties not entities!), see http://www.holotropic.com for
definitions. When Freddie overdoes it he hears voices that scare him.
But, at first when he laid off for a while the voices went away and he
was back in the "Elysian Fields", see the "Divine Comedy" by Dante. By
the way, perinatal matrix three is Hell itself. How could there be any
other Hell? That's where the legends came from, the "Sacred Mysteries".
But, Freddie is developing a calous like scar tissue on his vagus nerve
("You cannot enter the Underworld without the Golden bough") which is
keeping it stimulated all the time. This condition was called "shamans'
disease" in the old Soviet Union, which was free from superstitious
tyranny, at least. But it has always been a suppressed secret here in
the "land of the (?) free". Those caught with this real "physical"
disease are tagged "schizophrenic" and dealt with accordingly.

ARIPIPRIZOLE called ABILIFY My miracle drug, stopped the voices right

I have about 90 unwanted Abilify tablets. I've been looking someone with a
legitimate prescription for them, so I can give the tablets away. This is
    about $1000 value.

    no im not beeing sarcastic

i know of several people who hears voices, and none of them could get them
    to stop.
but use in a portable media player usually helped to reduce the level.

I understand, i think its what you concentrate on. Sometimes meditationm
helps to concentrate on something else (or earplugs or music or whatever) so
the voices will leave for a moment. But on the other side it also can
intensify the voices. Maybe its your inner attitude or predisposition. Who
    knows?

With my music, and my bad troubles with intense play loops in my head
    from cmmercials?
    I was going nuts.
    This back in..I dunno...years ago.

I was actually frightened about hearing music.
Because it would loop repeatedly, one phrase.

    Then I realized, I'm a musician.

So when they appeared I would feed it back about half a beat behind
    them.
I would repeat them about a moment behind.

    It worked.
It tripped them, just like it does a hostile musician.

    Same with the voices.
Answred them with the same delay.
Or repeated them with the same delay.

    It does work.

    But it pisses them off.

Today they are working a new level of subtlity.

Is this a sign of my hopelessness or is it a sign of victory I have
    influenced them?

    Very differnt battle today.

I am thankful for having been in war.

What you do is harrase them. Resistance is NOT fuile. I want them to be
    busy.

I am in an entirely different landscape now from my earier victories.
    Is the correct word "mindscape"?

**** I have my maybe closest fiend who tells me to eat pills, that she
would be here if she didn't, and she tells me she IS here and
    ......?????

You, and me, and others are under fire, and we seek a way to discourage
    this.

Thats what we do. With out an end.

    Its what I do.

Meds make my voices stop mumbling. They speak clearly but without such
frequency. Almost up to the level of audio hullucinatins.

I'm not in rage.I am resisting, and its not futile. I love it when I
have positive advances within my life because of their usually
unexplained absenes, but sometimes I see I DID have an effect.

Nah nah them when they are chronic. If you have my fight. My sense of
    "NO!".

    You can effect them.

    Thats winning.

Pitiful if you don't fight. Like the men I saw playing dead. When I was
running on their bodies they all moved, they were alive!

    Don't play dead.

Of course the bad news is that they adapt, just like Bush and the
nationaluist Iraqis who don't know what dmocracy is.

    Bush???
He fights for simple wins and has no concern for the opposition. He
thinks its all a football game. He's destroying american democracy. And
he speaks to the Iraqis about compromise while he intentonally creates a
frontier of direct conflict here in america.

    He's a divider and a conquorer.
He locks americans out of control.
He talks of just compromise in Iraq and at the same time he treats us as
pussies because he knows we won't fight back.
With direct action, like the Iraqi nationalists.
No concern for our unity as a country.

    Anyway.....

Primo? Relay on a search for suppliments that are helpful. I do.

    I'm unmedicated,
except for some canadian whiskey I bought tonight for my first alone
    thanksgiving.

    Happy Turkey.

whenever I talk about angsts like this from the war, assume I'm drunk
and that my truth is distorted.
    This is true tonight.

    I'm Thankful?
I'm thankful for life and my place and my associates.
    You're included.

KNOW......I post at OBM and will not watch when the nomen et al
    reappears.

I will continue my lesser posting realizing our "spook" exsists. so it
is, the expalination for my new lesser posting behavior.

I am not the center of the universe.

You all post. Go on posting.
I have personal issues about this.....

    I'll leave the rest unsaid.

Please, american folks, be thankful in the midst of disater, as Lincoln
    declared, we have much.

And to the American's, Happy Turkey.

You put up some kind of resistance to something
and you give it credibility inside your own head.

If you are feeling messed about by something that is happening inside your
head then write it, shout it, scream it, draw it, as long as you are in
contol of how you are doing it ""outside of your head"", it can be helpful.
Just redirect that negative energy, channel it by doing something else with
    it.

Why give energy to something in your own mind, that is messing about with
    you?

However, if you are talking about your attempt to invade another's mind, and
    meeting resistance there, then
I would probably give you some alternative advice.
