If that money went to involuntary psychiatric treatment you may be
able to sue, free. Find a law firm who will take your case free.
If my cousin can do it, you certainly can.
He had his VA guardianship terminated by Ted Kennedy for a
Spiritualist cult, so the cult could rip off his inheritance and home.
If the VA puts him back under guardianship, now that he has
nothing left to be protected, a law firm will sue for all his losses
back. The law firm will take one third, but it must be sure it will win,
or it wouldn't take the case.
Of course, Ted Kennedy wants him silenced. But, even in
Massachusetts they can't commit him, nor can they even force him to see
a psychiatrist. If they got him they'd wipe his brain out.
Like the story of a rather healthy airline pilot who went into the
infamous Brocton VA Hospital, which is primarily psychiatric, in
Massachusetts. For some reason, he never left, and the last reports are
that he was reduced to a "babblng idiot" in a wheel chair. But, they're
not forcing him to pay for it.
