Hope you feel better soon Kez. Sometimes if you get away from the house for
awhile and do something different it helps. Even if you go out for coffee or
a ice cream cone.

Sorry to hear that Kez, I had a really bad week last week aswell,

But think...if you went and moved somewhere else you probably
wouldn't know anyone and would have to make a lot of new friends
and would probably be even more lonely.

Maybe you should think of taking a short holiday break somewhere so
being in the same place all the time doesn't get you so down.

Don't worry, an Arizona sunset isn't anything bad. It's beautiful.
