i've been seperated from my friends and family

the mental health services have got me alone now
i'm not expecting friends and family to play much of a part,
because the mental health staff have drawn me away from them,
and now they have me alone,
they're going to have more influence

hopefully, they will be a better influence than my parents and friends

Friends and family can be either good or bad, depending on the specific
situation.

How have the mental health services done this? Are you back in
hospital? Surely you can still see your family and friends sometime?
I'd still like to meet up with you sometime but don't have number or
