long time no see

Hi there.

Just thought I'd pop by and let you all know that I'm doing ok.

Still doing the computer programming music video stuff, got a couple of
gigs coming up soon.

Still mentally stable, still on 30mg aripiprazole (Abilify). Still my
sleep "pattern" is chaotic, but I don't mind, apart from the fortnightly
lecture from my CPN about how I should at least try to maintain a
"normal routine".

Still haven't been back to the clubhouse I was going to before xmas,
mainly because my sleep chaos is incompatible, and moreover it's geared
to getting back to work and reintegrating into society, and I'm not
really interested in those goals.

Still living in supported housing, although I'm now on the list for
permanent housing it can take years, and I like my flat.

So the status quo remains the status quo.
