Hopefully, they wont go through the compulsory dopamine blocker,
shock treatment phase we went trough. We're hardly over it now.
Also, I'd bet, they are putting the mentally ill in jail. But,
here, after the closing of the gulag state mental hospitals, many of the
mentally I'll are landing in jail. Jails are replacing the gulag state
mental hospitals. But then, there is always the VA Hospital, if you
qualify.

Whats a VA hospital?

VA is Veteran's Administration. In the US special benefits are offered to
those who were in the military during a war. A VA hospital is one that is
run by the VA....

VA benefits and hospitals and clinics are offered to anyone who became
sick during military service, it doesn't matter whether there was a war
on or not.

I guess I never understood that. My uncle used to use VA services. I guess
his exposure to Agent Orange qualified him.

No more, Penguin.
I was registered with the VA health care facilities so its valid for me
still.
But Bush changed it to medical benefits for the first two years after
seperation.
Any complaints ter that you pay your own way.
But being as I was using the VA hospital for psychiatric reasons before
the new vet benefits I was "gandfarted" and the deal they made before
still applies for me.
